This Buff Girl Brunch will include an all fitness level bootcamp style workout that will have your whole body burning in the most hot girl fashion. Be ready for a playlist as hot as the workout and to be surrounded by like minded women looking to empower each other, build confidence and celebrate WOMANHOOD! 

This event is open to the public and will include Free Mimisoas and couple of vendors to find some cute things to give to your valentine... or for yourself <3

The theme is "Galentine's" so wear your best PINK, WHITE or RED fit.
